Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before course start: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Wear appropriate clothing and equipment
• Not engage in any behavior that may endanger themselves or others
• Not use our facilities for unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our code of conduct without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of TETO EMANUELE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
